Renouvelez la motivation au travail
Biography
Sami Hadhri, Scrum master/agile coach/Scrum trainer with Valtech France. I'm passionate about "Helping people, facilitating their lives and bring back the smile".
I've been working since 2012 on helping teams oand organization in their agility adoption as an agile coach or scrum master with a focus on being agile rather then doing agile. With Valtech I provide Agile essentials training, Scrum trainings and TDD training.
As a life coach I also help individuals understanding where they stand today, identifying their goals and achieving them.
Description
Nowadays companies have inherited a motivation approach based on Taylor theory in which performance is expressed in terms of quantity and workers are focused on doing specific tasks. This Motivation approach is no longer valid in a world where workers are asked to accomplish complex thinking tasks and in which performance is expressed in terms of Innovation and imagination.
One of the Agility principle is "Build projects around motivated individuals. Give them the environment and support they need, and trust them to get the job done.". Therefore motivation is one of the pillars of team success when a company adopts Agility.
In this Speach I'm going to talk about a new motivation approach : "intrinsic motivation" based on autonomy, mastery and purpose. I'm going to talk about personal values : definition of a value, how to identify our values
Then I'll talk about how we can make our work aligned with our personal values to help us give a complete purpose to our work.
