Biography

Graduated in software engineering from the University "Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg", Nadia has worked 8 years in Germany in the area of IT and 7 years within a French group of telecommunications in Tunisia. The fiber of coaching and agility has pushed her by the end of 2014 to leave the group and to create "AgileConsulting", a consulting and training company specialized in the agility and management. Passionate by the Agile Management and all what it promotes in terms of innovation and creativity, the centers of her activity are all around the management of teams and how to conduct them toward the excellence and the "happiness" in their professional daily lives.

Description

The first agiltour in Tunis was on 2012. It was a real success followed by two other successful years. However in the two last years no agiltour Tunis took place. Is this a sign for a dying agility in Tunisia or rather the sign of a real expansion and bubbling that did not allow time for the actors of agility to meet?
